A combination of fully pedestrianised spaces and a complete network of micro mobility lanes would allow access for all and vastly increase capacity. ‘Guest’ access would be permitted for certain vehicles at quieter times, i.e. waste collections or special conditions that require heavy vehicles such as construction work.
